Chronos in a few words

Chronos is a research firm specializing in sociology and innovation advising. Our strength lies in our unique ability to blend observations, questioning and analysis of the evolution and issues surrounding mobility.

Under the direction of Bruno Marzloff, Chronos was created as a platform of exchange. Groupe Chronos brings together the actors from the transportation, information technology, and media sectors as well as from cities.

The group's objective is to conceive a complete package of future services to accompany individuals' throughout their daily lives.

Focus on innovative "citizen bikes"

Citizen Bike : the expression has been coined by Le Club des Villes et Territoires Cyclables. It calls for a new relationship to the city, based on such principles as sharing and exchanges between individuals. The Citizen Bike's goal is to become a "smart bike" (Groupe Chronos' study "Six Challenge for the bike") both for the people, and for the whole city environment.

Last week I was invited to attend and speak at the biannual conference for the French organisation Le Club des Villes et Territoires Cyclables [Villes Cyclables], or Club of Cyclable Cities and Territories. The challenges of new mobilities
The 58th UITP World Congress, which took place in Vienna from the 7th to the 11th of June, gathered thousands of actors around the theme "Public transport : making the right mobility choices". Bruno Marzloff, director of Groupe Chronos, has been invited has a keynote speaker for the Opening Ceremony.
